1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals who received a GovWell scratch-off card in person at an eligible conference or trade show event. Participants must have interacted with the GovWell team at the event to be eligible. Current GovWell customers are not eligible to participate. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and located in the United States.

2. How to Enter
No purchase or product demo is required to enter. To submit a second entry, participants must complete the online entry form accessible via the QR code on their scratch-off card. One entry per person, per event. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize
Each monthly drawing winner will receive one (1) custom GovWell prize. Drawings take place monthly and winners will be contacted by email and text. The prize is awarded as-is with no cash value, exchange, substitution, or refund. GovWell reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

4. One-Time Redemption
Each participant may win no more than one (1) prize through this promotion, regardless of the number of events attended or entries submitted.

5. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period. Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. To claim the prize, winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and provide a valid US mailing address for shipping. Failure to respond or provide a mailing address within the claim period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Privacy
Personal information collected through this promotion (name, email, phone number, mailing address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and shipping the prize. Entry information may also be used by GovWell for marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. General Conditions
GovWell reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time and for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. GovWell is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may affect participation.
