1. Overview. Subject to these terms, eligible individuals who schedule and complete a qualifying demo of the GovWell platform during the promotional period (the "Promotion") will receive one commemorative coin (the "Gift"), as described on the page or email that is linked to these terms.

2. Eligibility. To qualify for the Promotion, you must be a current employee or elected official of a US municipal or county government, or another individual evaluating GovWell on behalf of a government agency. The Promotion is limited to one Gift per person and one Gift per agency, regardless of how many individuals from that agency schedule a demo. GovWell reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke a Gift at its sole discretion.

3. No purchase necessary. Scheduling or completing a demo does not obligate you to purchase any GovWell product or service. The Gift is provided independent of any purchase decision.

4. Gift value. Recipients are solely responsible for determining whether accepting the Gift complies with their agency's or jurisdiction's gift acceptance policies, ethics rules, or applicable state and local law. GovWell makes no representation as to compliance with any such policy or law.

5. Redemption and fulfillment. The Promotion is available only for the time period stated on the offer page or email, while supplies last. Gifts will be shipped to the recipient's verified work address after a completed demo takes place. GovWell is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.

6. Tax responsibility. Recipients are solely responsible for any tax liability, reporting obligation, or other consequence arising from acceptance of the Gift.

7. Modification and termination. GovWell may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or any individual's participation in it, at any time and for any reason without notice. The Promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated in writing by GovWell.

8. Data use. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to GovWell using your contact and agency information to administer and track the Promotion and to follow up regarding your demo.

9. Entire agreement. These terms, together with GovWell's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Promotion. GovWell's determination of eligibility or interpretation of these terms is final and binding.
