How much is support?
Free! We don’t charge for support.
What kind of support do you provide?
We know sometimes you just want to speak to a human who understands your situation, rather than having to educate a new support person every time you have an issue or question.
When you purchase GovWell, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager. This point of contact will be responsible for implementation, training, and ensuring your ongoing success. You can contact your Account Manager via email or phone, 5 days a week, 8am-6pm EST if you have any issues or questions.
What other costs are there?
None! GovWell’s pricing is all inclusive and transparent. You’ll never be surprised by additional costs for things like support or system modifications.
How are your contracts structured?
Our contracts are structured as standard SaaS agreements, so we bill you annually for your total subscription amount. GovWell contracts are a minimum of 1 year, but many customers prefer to sign agreements for between 3-5 years to lock in discounted pricing.
I’m worried GovWell is too expensive for my agency.
We understand budget constraints. We’ve helped many other jurisdictions to secure budget for new software through grants, fee increases, and building strong business cases to political leadership. We’re here to help, so get in touch and we can share what’s worked for other jurisdictions in a similar position.
